This new Corporate Counsel position sits within the Group Support function at Rothbury, reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel. You will be part of a small but perfectly formed team that love what they do.
No two days will be same - at a high level you’ll draw on your legal toolkit of 6+ years to provide expert legal advice across a range of corporate legal matters. You will have a sweet spot in M&A, commercial transactions and shareholder dealings.

• You will be a natural at building relationships and will quickly establish yourself as a trusted “go-to” advisor
• You are curious and known for asking lots of questions
