Job Description
We’re looking for someone to run our risk registers, understand and monitor the related controls and drive insightful reporting to inform executive leadership as well as front line managers. Our Line 2 function is still expanding and you will both sustain what is in place and be involved in developing new ways to put information at the point risk occurs. Ideally, you'll bring experience from the insurance, banking or a similar sector to navigate the ever-evolving risk landscape.
There are three areas of expertise we are looking for;
- someone with expertise working under a risk management framework, applying a sharp analytical eye and attention to detail to identify and manage risks
- excellent systems use (Excel, Power BI, Sharepoint as starting points) as this will give you the tools needed to analyse and provide actionable insights to the business
- complemented by the ability to get your point across verbally with the necessary storytelling to be immediately impactful across many audiences and to use formal writing skills to document your findings and contribute to the Board’s risk governance.
