• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, guide delivery squads, and help teams adopt SAFe and agile mindsets.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, address impediments, track, understand and optimise dependencies and align teams to strategic priorities.
• Shape the agile journey from the ground up: you won’t just inherit an agile structure – you’ll build it. You get to lay the foundations for agile practices and make a real, lasting impact on the business.

What you’ll bring:
• A curious, proactive mindset and love for enabling others – you will embody a servant leader and coaching approach.
• Extensive experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’re likely already working as an Agile Delivery Lead or Release Train Engineer. If not, you’re a highly experienced Scrum Master looking to take the next step in your career.
• A collaborative style and ability to influence without authority
• Solid understanding of agile and scaled delivery environments (SAFe preferred)
• Experience with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
• Recent Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE)
• Comfortable working with both C-suite and delivery teams
