As our Schemes & Partnerships Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you drive operational excellence by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our schemes and partnerships, aligning them with our business goals. This role is crucial in supporting national marketing and growth initiatives, helping to expand our reach and impact. This role demonstrates dedication to maintaining and strengthening relationships with our broking network, clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Job Description
You’ll help shape and evolve schemes to meet business needs, collaborating closely across teams to keep policies, schedules, and processes aligned and up to date. You’ll assist in identifying and bringing new opportunities to the business, ensuring they align with business goals. Comfortable with using data to inform decisions, you bring analytical strength alongside your business savvy.
You’ll spot new business opportunities, build key relationships, and help drive operational improvements. With demonstrable experience with change management and delivery, you’ll lead the way on new schemes and partnerships - making sure they’re not just launched, but successful.
